As always thank you for your continued help when I have needed it. We are doing well and it was definitely a good idea! Our worries are fewer and our home is getting a facelift. I have a new improved bathroom. When I look at my backyard I see a beautiful fence. It is a joy to look at it. Now I open the blinds on the deck so I can look out all day long, rain or shine. We have made some improvements to our staircases and there is more to come. Most important, those maintenance tasks that we could not attend to are now getting done. I love it! I am not worried about the value of the house. It is more important to know that we can stay here and not worry forever.
